Supermaxi added a discount day for its Household & Cleaning category. It was the perfect chance to play with a deeply Ecuadorian insight: shouting “¡Miércoles!” (“Wednesday!”, our polite stand-in for a curse word) when something goes wrong and you're the one stuck cleaning it up.
